Refunds & Cancellation Policy
We offer no refunds, if ticket is generated successfully.
Here a few things we advise you to do for seamless booking of tickets
1. Please enter your name and phone number correctly.
2. Enter the number of tickets in each field i.e. Adult, Child, Video Camera, and Car. Ensure there is '0' in fields that you are not buying a ticket for.
3. Do not refresh/reload/return/close your browser or browser tab while payment occurs. In case of UPI payment, just open the UPI app i.e. PhonePe, GooglePay, Bhim, and return to the browser tab again after completion of payment and wait for the ticket to be generated after payment success.
4. Save your ticket by screenshotting it or remembering your unique code or saving it as a PDF by taping on print.
5. Show your unique code at gate entry for getting your ticket verified
6. In case of payment success i.e. amount being debited and ticket not being booked a refund will be initiated. Please intimate at the zoo counter and be patient. The refund takes a few days to be processed as per bank function.
7. In case of payment failure book tickets again.
8. Online payments are subject to an online network so please book your tickets patiently.
